We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from ‘clvox.com‘. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

1. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

On the off chance that you’d wish to return a thing to (clvox.com), kindly adhere to the guidelines underneath within 14 days of conveyance.

2. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Shipping costs will not be refunded

Sales tax will be refunded to the original method of payment

If you placed a special order, this must be returned back to any of our store locations. (Note: Shipping cost is free of charge)

Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and intact).

Please get in touch with us if you’d like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once we receive the returned order). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

3. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If your product is damaged or defective from a clvox.com shipment or in-store purchase, we will exchange or refund this product. To return or exchange an order, please follow the steps below for an in-store purchase or (clvox.com) purchase. Contact Email: contact@valomex.com

4. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DO NOT LIVE NEAR A clvox.com?

If you do not live near a (clvox.com) location, the items you purchased in-store can be returned through the mail. We recommend using the USPS or UPS to send your products back to the store by following the steps below:

Include a copy of the original receipt. Note: If you do not have a receipt, a (clvox.com) gift card will be issued and mailed upon the return.

Add a note explaining your request for an exchange (color, size, etc.) or return

Include your contact information, including phone and email, just in case the store needs to contact you

The product(s) can be shipped back in a box to the original store of purchase. For the stores shipping address, please refer to the 131 Hamilton Terrace, London NW8 9QR, United Kingdon.

Head to your local USPS or UPS store to ship the return, and keep a record of the return tracking number

Please note: If you request a return or an exchange and the store is out of inventory a clvox.com gift card will be issued and mailed back to your shipping address.

Small items

What do we mean by small? Just about everything under the sun except for major kitchen/laundry appliances and TVs over 43″.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item ships, then we can make the change. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the item is returned to us.

What happens if my item is damaged?
If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product does not need to be returned. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.

What do I do if I received the wrong Products?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at contact@valomex.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

Do you deliver on public holidays?

If that's what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader. Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets with the copy decks they supply that are in tune with the design direction they require.
